- Gross Monthly salary: Up to USD 2,200

Key Responsibility:
- Lead strategy team from brief taking to final proposal.
- Work with CD/ Creative lead to deliver final creative idea and development in line with strategy.
- Re-organize internal data tracking system for insights and co-ordinate/facilitate data extracting process.
- Validate all data mining and report implication & recommendation
- Give direction on media and influencer relations strategy based on provided insights and data
- Advise leadership team on business strategy
Key Deliverables:
- Wining proposals, ratio 50% for new pitch and 3 rounds of revision for retainer
- Organize data source frame and faciliate team to fill in/ store
- Extract data and deliver business insights for the whole team
- Contribute to business direction of company
- Coach team member and cross function on strategy related topics
- At least 5 years working experience as a same position in advertising agency
- Has strong background in Marketing, Market Research
- Marketing-minded with strong senses of Innovation & Originality
- Ease to deal with both data and idea

- Excellence in writing and presenting proposal
- Excellence in English and Vietnamese communication.
